To order from Wow Print Media, please provide us with the following information by email or via our on-line enquiry form:

We will then check stock availability, review your artwork (if provided) and email a detailed quotation to you. If you would like to proceed with the quotation, just reply by email with your order and we’ll forward an invoice to you for payment to get the ball rolling.
1. Request a quote – receive emailed quotation via email. Accept quote.
2. Place Order – receive emailed invoice for payment.
3. Submit Artwork.
4. Review and approve Digital Artwork Proof.
5. Submit Payment.
6. Production Begins.
7. Ship Order.
Standard production times (on average) are 5-7 working days for business cards and stationery and approximately 10-15 working days for promotional products, beginning after payment is received and your artwork has been approved. Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method used and your specific location in Australia. This variation may range from 1 to 7 working days.
If you require an urgent delivery, please let us know in advance. Many products from Wow Print Media are available to you sooner than the standard production times. You will be notified of the options available to you and you’ll be advised of any additional charges (ie “rush order surcharge”) and priority shipping rates, where necessary to get your order to you as desired.
Most new business card orders take 5 working days from receipt of payment / artwork approval. We can accommodate urgent orders, sometimes within 3 working days.

Our standard lead time for printed promotional products is 10-15 working days from date of payment / artwork approval and is subject to availability of stock. We may be able to cater for rush orders, sometimes as quick as 5 working days. You will be advised of any additional charges (ie “rush order surcharge”) and priority shipping rates, where necessary.
Lead times can vary for other products that are not mentioned above. Times may vary between 7 working days and up to 12 weeks depending on the items selected, quantity, seasonal demand, manufactured locally or offshore and stock availability at time of order.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location within Australia, We will always choose the most economical method of transport unless required urgently.
Local Courier: Normally overnight to metropolitan areas.
Road Freight: Normally 3 to 5 working days to most Australian Capital Cities and up to 10 working days to remote areas.
Air Freight: Usually overnight to most Australian Capital Cities and 2 to 3 working days for country areas.
We are happy to accommodate urgent orders, but extraordinary expenses such as Air Freight will be passed on. All freight charges per order are based on one delivery point only. For additional delivery points, please ask at the time of placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE: DELAYS IN RECEIVING PAYMENT AND FINAL ARTWORK APPROVALS MAY IMPACT UPON DEADLINES.
General Lead Times
Wow Print Media accepts the following payment methods: Cheque, EFT (Direct Deposit) or credit card using Visa Card, Master Card, American Express or Diners Club Cards.
A 100% deposit (Full Payment with Order) is required before we commence production for all new accounts and large orders. A 100% deposit is also required prior to the creation of your artwork proof.
Exceptions to this are:
1. Government or Educational Facilities who produce a purchase order which is emailed / faxed to Wow Print Media. Goods will then be invoiced in full and due for payment 30 days from date of invoice. This is limited to orders under the value of $1,000.00.
2. At our discretion, where a Company Director signs a document that the goods will be paid for in full immediately upon delivery.
3. Where an order is required within a restricted time frame to meet a deadline and Wow Print Media has deemed it necessary to process the order immediately. Under no circumstances will Wow Print Media accept a cancellation of an order if we have done this in good faith upon the approval of your artwork.
Once we receive your order to proceed, Wow Print Media has agreed to supply you with goods as stated. In the event you wish to cancel and existing order, there may or may not be a cancellation fee. Please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to keep charges to a minimum. If your order is cancelled you can expect to be charged artwork and set up fees as determined by Wow Print Media. However if production of your order has already started and we are unable to stop the printing process, you can expect to pay for your order in full.
Any person or company defaulting on a payment to Wow Print Media will be actively pursued. You will be issued with account reminders and where necessary third party recovery agents will be recruited to recover such payments. Where a recovery agent is used, ALL charges will be born by the person / company responsible for paying the original invoice. A penalty fee will be charged at the rate of 18% + GST and this amount will be added to the final invoice.
